Don Wes Holdings, LLC was founded by a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with over 20 years of leadership, operations, and training management experience. That military background shapes everything we do — from how we plan and execute projects to how we communicate with clients and manage performance.

After two decades of serving the nation in uniform, our founder recognized an opportunity to continue that service in a new way — by building a company that brings military-grade discipline, accountability, and mission focus to government contracting. Don Wes Holdings was born from that vision.
